Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our operational priority.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Emergency & Survival consumables (fire starters, water purification tablets)
- Eyewear (ballistic glasses, goggles) if opened or used
- Badges & Patches with custom embroidery
- Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging
Return Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Return initiated within 15 days of delivery

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
3. Package and Ship
Securely pack items in original packaging and include:
- Return authorization number
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Completed return form (if applicable)
4. Processing Your Return
Once received at our Cardiff HQ, we’ll inspect within 3 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after return approval
Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
