Order Processing

Our tactical team processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your gear ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two deployment methods for your equipment:

• Standard Tactical Delivery: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Reconnaissance Shipping: Free for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times may vary for remote operational zones (Asia and certain remote areas excluded).

Global Deployment

We ship worldwide except to Asia and select remote regions. International operators are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchange Protocol

Non-Returnable Tactical Gear

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

• Emergency & Survival consumables (fire starters, water purification tablets)
• Eyewear (ballistic glasses, goggles) if opened or used
• Badges & Patches with custom embroidery
• Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging

Return Mission Parameters

To qualify for return/exchange:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
• Return initiated within 15 days of delivery

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

• Item(s) to return
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer refund or exchange

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 48 hours, we’ll email:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions
• Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

3. Package and Ship

Securely pack items in original packaging and include:

• Return authorization number
• Copy of your order confirmation
• Completed return form (if applicable)

4. Processing Your Return

Once received at our Cardiff HQ, we’ll inspect within 3 business days and notify you via email.

Financial Recovery Timeline

Refund Processing

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return approval
• Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
• Appearance Timeline:
  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• Follow standard return process
• Specify desired replacement item
• We’ll ship new item once return is received
• Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Return Operations

For operators outside the UK:

• You’re responsible for return shipping costs
• Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
• We cannot refund original customs duties

Damaged Equipment Protocol

If your tactical gear arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of damage
3. We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping
4. Receive replacement or full refund
